
Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ) (”Ruric” or ”the Company”) has recently completed a preferential rights issue of shares, which provides the Company with SEK 152m before issue costs.
Of the new shares issued, 99.92 percent were subscribed for with the support of subscription rights. The board of directors will allocate the shares that have not been subscribed for with the support of subscription rights in accordance with what is prescribed in the issue prospectus. Through the new issue, the number of shares of class A will increase by 96,000 shares and the number of class B shares by 512,370 shares. After the new issue, the share capital shall amount to SEK 9,328,340 apportioned between 736,000 class A shares and 3,928,170 class B shares.
As soon as the Swedish Companies Registration Office has registered the increase in share capital, subscribed shares that have been paid for in the preferential rights issue will be converted to new shares. Trading in new shares of class B is expected to commence on First North at the Stockholm Stock Exchange around the date that the new shares are registered in the subscriber’s VP account.
