Tanganyika Oil Swedish Depository Receipts to be Listed on Stockholmsborsen
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 7, 2007) - Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. ("Tanganyika Oil" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TYK)(FIRST NORTH:TYKS) is pleased to announce that Stockholmsborsen's Listing Committee has approved the Company's application for a primary listing of its Swedish Depository Receipts on Stockholmsborsen (the Stockholm Stock Exchange).
The first date of trading on Stockholmsborsen is scheduled for February 14, 2007. The last day of trading at First North is scheduled for February 13, 2007. The trading symbol "TYKS" will remain the same. The trading lot on the Stockholmsborsen will be 100 Swedish Depository Receipts. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "TYK".
