Öhman has completed a 43 million Euro bond issue for the Estonian bank Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS (BIG). BIG is the largest specialised lender to private and legal persons after universal banks and leasing companies in Estonia.
The bond is a high yield 4-year maturity bond and the annual yield of the bond with quarterly coupons is 3 month Euribor + 750 bps per annum. BIG can redeem the bond.
The current issue is a first tranche of a bond program with total volume up to 100 million Euros. Timing, volume and conditions of further tranches will be decided upon based on market conditions and actual financing need in the second half of the year.
