E. Öhman J:or Securities Finland Ltd. is a subsidiary company of E. Öhman J:or AB, which is owned by the families of Ulf and Claes Dinkelspiel. E. Öhman J:or AB has long traditions and a strong position in Swedish financial markets. It was established in 1906.
A branch office was established to Finland in the beginning of 2005. From May 2007 activities in Finland have operated by E. Öhman J:or Securities Finland Ltd. The company is under supervision of Finnish FSA, Financial Supervisory Authority.
