Öhman offers various kinds of financing on the bond market. To a large extent, bond financing can be adapted to the issuer’s specific requirements.
Durations can vary from short bridge loans to maturities of up to ten years, depending on the conditions and requirements. The interest rate is usually fixed but can also be floating, or dependent on external factors beyond the company’s control.
In the case of zero-coupon bonds, loans can be “interest-free”, in which case the redemption amount is higher than the original loan.
In recent years, Öhman has been a party to a number of creative bond transactions in which the volumes have varied from SEK 200m to SEK 1bn.
Öhman is a market leader in the fixed income segment for companies without credit ratings, as well as other small- to medium-sized companies.
