Pareto Öhman is an independent Swedish investment bank focused on the Nordic market. Pareto Securities AS is an independent Norwegian player offering equity and bond trading, as well as advice in connection with capital procurements, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. Pareto Securities AS has been a leading player in Norway in these areas for over ten years.
With the acquisition of E. Öhman J:or Fondkommission AB in September 2011, Pareto Securities has now established itself in Sweden. The new company will be known as ”Pareto Öhman”.
The Pareto Securities group has a total of 370 employees, with its headquarters in Oslo and offices in Stockholm, New York, Singapore, Kristiansand, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Malmö.
