Öhman can guarantee the liquidity of companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange or NGM Equity. The liquidity guarantee improves the trading quality of the stock in question and lowers the trading costs for potential investors.
In order to improve liquidity, Öhman offers a minimum volume of round lots for both buyers and sellers of the stock. This also enables the stock’s spread to be maintained within a reasonable limit.
With higher volumes and narrower spreads, the investor’s risk and costs can be reduced. The liquidity guarantee also increases trading and interest in the stock. This means that the share price and thus the company’s valuation are more in tune with their true market values, which is naturally important for the company’s shareholders.
